How do you ship?
*we ship via FedEx. All packaged are insured and packed thoroughly for safe transit
Do you accept returns?
*we do accept returns within 7 days of delivery and you must package it up and pay for return shipping. Your refund will be the purchase price only, not shipping costs. If the item is not packaged properly and is damaged, the refund will have damages deducted from the refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
*all shipments are insured, send us photos immediately so we can file a claim for you. All damage claims are handled on a case by case basis.
How long does it take to get my order?
*everything is handmade. We are a very small family business of just 2 people. We do encounter delays. Each item states the approx turn around time. All turn around times are just estimates.
What is your furniture made of?
*we use solid pine wood on most of our furniture. By special request for an additional cost we use poplar or oak. We do not use veneer as it will chip over time and veneer can be impossible to repair.
Do you have a physical store?
*we do not have a store, we build from our shop at our home in Toledo, WA USA.
How do I place a custom order?
*use the contact us button to email us. We are happy to work with you to build your custom furniture. We do not charge a custom order fee.
Is payment due in full at time of order?
*yes, we do require payment in full at the time the order is placed. Your card will be charged when you place the order.
